Please note that you can only use MTN Active if you are an MTN SP contract customer.
In order to access MTN Active, you must first create an MTN account.

Registration

The MTN registration process allows you to use one username and password to access MTN shop and MTN Active.

After you have registered, a verification email will be sent to you in order for the registration process to be completed. You will not be able to login until you have clicked the verification link in the email.

Password strength

The password you select needs to contain a minimum of eight characters and must include at least one uppercase character (A-Z), one lowercase character (a-z), one number (0-9), and one special character (e.g. !, $, #, %).
